Delete your Safe Kids Videos account

Parents can delete their Safe Kids Videos account and its data at any time, even if the app is no longer installed.

Safe Kids Videos is provided by Cedar Frame Technologies LLC.

How it works

1. Open the deletion pageTap “Delete My Account” above.
2. Enter your usernameThis is the email address you used when you created your account.
3. Check your emailWe’ll send a confirmation link to that address. The link expires after 60 minutes. Nothing is deleted until you open the link and confirm.
4. ConfirmOpen the link, type DELETE, and tap “Permanently delete my account”.

Prefer the app? Open Safe Kids Videos and go to Settings → Delete account and data.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Your settings, My Playlist and My Channels
• Watch history

⚠ This can’t be undone.

What we keep, and for how long

• A record that the deletion request was handled, with no email address (only a one-way code), for up to 30 days. It helps prevent abuse and shows the request was completed.
• A short-lived marker for 7 days that stops a phone that’s still signed in from re-creating the account’s data.
• Crash reports, which aren’t linked to your account, are deleted automatically after about 90 days.
• Shared, anonymous “this video can’t play here” notes, which contain only a video ID and a country.

Need help?

If your username isn’t an email address (older accounts), you can’t get into that inbox, or the link doesn’t work, email [email protected]. We’ll confirm the account is yours before deleting anything.
